‘Directory Magazine’ presents the Red Nose Case as state-of-the-art.
A couple of days after the CCA gala, DEMNER, MERLICEK & BERGMANN received exciting news – directly from England of all places: the latest issue of the ‘Directory – Innovations in Communications’ magazine.
‘Directory’, one of the world’s most prestigious magazines for innovative communication ideas published the internationally award-winning ‘Red Button’ campaign from DEMNER, MERLICEK & BERGMANN in its latest issue.
The campaign finds itself in good company in the current ‘Directory’ issue, as it includes pieces of work such as Metro Trains ‘Dumb Ways to Die’ or Google’s ‘Zeitgeist’ and also heavyweights in digital agencies like R/GA, AKQA or Crispin, Porter & Bogusky.
Editorial statement:
‘The world needs ideas urgently to help make it a better place. And that is why the advertising industry is at the very heart of change today, because of its people, its clever, imaginative people. People like the team at Demner, Merlicek & Bergmann who have found a sweet spot where technology, people and brands all meet.
The appraisal of this institution for ‘Innovation in Communications’ comes as consolation for the creatives of DEMNER, MERLICEK & BERGMANN: The CCA Board did not want to acknowledge the innovation of this campaign and presented a 12 year old newspaper article – from England of all places. In England however one knows that it’s not only about technology, but ‘to find the sweet spot where technology, people and brands all meet’.
