New Business: DEMNER, MERLICEK & BERGMANN designs international B2B gig for KUK in 16 languages.

KUK, domiciled in Ried im Innkreis and with 16 branch offices accross Central and Eastern Europe, is vendor of consultation intensive food- and pharmaceutical raw materials, that is reorganizing its communication.

The creative team of DEMNER, MERLICEK & BERGMANN was entrusted with developing the CI, i.e. an international B2B appearance. Heart of this is the website in 16 languages, which serves as an interface between internationally recognized suppliers of selected raw materials and pharmaceutical manufacturers with highest quality standards, that reflect the mantra of consistent focus.
‘The core of our business and therefore our communication is ‘Adding Value’. This new Claim boils down the attitude of the company’, said CEO Anton Kirchtag. ‘Intense consulting, subject matter expertise, as well as a tight distribution network with local support validate our customer promise.’

The website (kuk.com) lives up to the slogan’s promise: In 16 languages – from English to Russian, to Kazakh – with user-friendly navigation and direct contact possibility to the next branch location, demonstrates that it understands customer needs.
‘When we set our minds to something, we stay on it’, explains COO Katrin Kirchtag. ‘Our new CI presence extends from the branding of our branches through to the discreet lapel pin.’
