This was a great success that inspired the new hiring campaign created by DEMNER, MERLICEK & BERGMANN.
The TV spot shows authentic joy BIPA employees bring into their everyday workday. Actors and actresses in the spot are solely BIPA employees.
The Queen classic ‘Don’t stop me now’, as always interpreted by the BI Band accompanies the spot and the happy employees.
The displayed joie de vivre is contagious and communicates in a light-hearted way how positive the work environment at BIPA truly is.
Start of the campaign was March 21st. In addition to TV the campaign can be seen in print, on city lights and at the PoS.
