DEMNER, MERLICEK & BERGMANN with highest gold record at IAB webAD
That Austria is a country of excellent, and most of all creative advertising ideas, has been proven once more at this year’s IAB webAD. The Austria-section of the IAB (Internet Advertising Bureau – Association of Online Advertising Promotion) consists of the 130 leading companies of digital economy. They set standards for digital communication, support advertising companies with expertise, ensure transparency and furthermore promote future generations.
Yesterday evening a highly distinguished jury of the IAB awarded this years’ most prominent online advertising campaigns and presented them as part of the IAB webAD Gala.
One of the big winners of the evening included DEMNER, MERLICEK & BERGMANN, who won a total of four trophies, scoring the highest gold balance.
-2 x Gold for Red Noses “Red Noses. Red Button” in the categories “Best Digital Campaign” and “Innovation”
-1 x Gold for VinziRast “The Life of a Homeless Person in Realtime” in the category “Best Social Media Campaign”
-1 x Silver for Ja! Natürlich “Rotting Banner” in the category “Online and Mobile Advertising”
Further winners include the agency Serviceplan Austria, who, among other things was awarded for “Best in Show” in Media for Parship (1xGold, 1xSilver). A total of 6 Webads (1x Best in Show, 1x Gold, 4 x Silver) went to the creative agency Cheil for their App “Samsung Power Sleep”. Jung von Matt also went home with a handful of awards (1x Silver, 4x Bronze)
